by Vizma Belševica Vizma Belševica bija latviešu dzejniece, rakstniece un tulkotāja. Vairākkārt nominēta Nobela prēmijai literatūrā. Vizma Belševica ir saņēmusi dažādus citus apbalvojumus, piemēram, Spīdolas balvu par grāmatām "Bille" un "Bille dzīvo tālāk". 1990. gada 6. decembrī ievēlēta par Latvijas Zinātņu akadēmijas goda locekli.

Vizma Belševica ir viena no nedaudzajiem latviešu literātiem, kas ir kļuvuši atpazīstami arī ārvalstīs. Arī viņas dēli Klāvs un Jānis Elsbergi kļuvuši par pazīstamiem literātiem.
